Welcome to my blog! If you're coming from Janine's blog thanks for stopping by and taking the time to read this post! It's amazing how fast time flies and once again we're writing our holiday posts.
This is the first post to kick off the holiday season and I'm so excited! November and December are right around the corner and the bad thing is that I haven't had time to buy gifts. What I have had time for is buying decorations! Strange isn't it? LOL!
Thanksgiving is one of my favorite holidays because it's when families get together to give thanks and eat all the yummy food we all made together. Food is one of my favorite things and I think it may be a lot of other peoples too! Unfortunately we gain a lot of weight with all the festivities we're attending and the holidays last a couple of months!
The table is an important part of the holiday as it's where we all sit to converse and enjoy the food and each others company. This is also what catches your guests eye and it's also the topic of the conversation. This year I decided to go with my favorite colors, blush, white, black, and gold. I think you can never go wrong with these colors! I made a flower arrangement that would stand out with the neutral colors and gave it a pop of color with blush.

Using pumpkins at your dinner table is always a great idea. Just add them towards the center and you're set! I added a bit of greenery to make it look more finished. Silver ware adds the touch of glamour. These plates are from last year and they're two different styles. However, I wanted to combine them to make something different.
I hope you liked my tables cape and I gave you some ideas for your Thanksgiving table! Thank you and be sure to leave me your comments! Be sure to stop by Kim and Lacey's blog for more ideas and motivation! I'm sure you're going to love it! Thank you for your time and I hope you have a happy holiday season!
