Your hair says a lot about you so why not take care of it?  For the most part, the first thing a person looks at when they meet you is your hair. You can have the most beautiful face in the world, but if your hair is not taken care of you can have a lot to wish for.  As far back as I can remember I've always tried to take care of my hair.  Homemade masks, store bought products, and much much more.

Hair is so so important. It can say a lot about you, and if you don't take care of it like you should, you can loose your shine, texture, and body.  That's why it's so important to take care of it.
Below I'll be giving you some tips that will hopefully help you out.  If you know what kind of hair type you have, you'll learn a bit about your hair here.  Here's some tips I've learned a long the way from magazines and books.

This is the most common type of hair and it's also the easiest to take care of.  You just need the right shampoo and conditioner for you.  Look for one's that say "normal hair."  Try using herbal treatments and adding a little bit of oil to your ends.  In another post I'll give you some tips from my grandma that work wonders that you can try at home.  Remember that even if your hair is normal, you still need to upkeep to keep it beautiful.

This type of hair occurs when you have too much oil produced by your scalp.  Sometimes it's so bad that it can cause dandruff or even worse.  You can even get dandruff that's abnormally large and very noticable. Apart from causing damage to your hair, this can be embarrasing but it's important to not leave it untreated. Don't put aside the idea of seeing a dermatologist so you can get proper treatment.  When you have flakes it's important to use the proper shampoo.  You may also make your own home treatment condition of vinegar and lemon juice. This will help cut the amount of grease on your head.  It's something small yet works wonders.

The typical dry, hay like hair that looks extremely damaged. If you don't pay attention to it and treat it, it can turn into something more serious. For this reason you need to choose a shampoo that has a lot of nutrients built in. There's many to choose from where the base is oatmeal, honey, or oil.
Get in the habit of doing an oil treatment once a week. I recommend using olive, almond, or castor oil.  You can mix all 3 of the oils in a dish and heat them up a bit.  Be sure to test it out before putting it on your scalp (avoid burning). Mix them up and massage into your hair. I recommend leaving it in your hair for 20 minutes. If you want to go the extra mile, wrap a plastic bag around your hair or you can use a shower cap. Wrap a towel around your hair like you just took a shower as well,  apply heat with your blow dryer and notice the difference. 

The following are characteristics of weak hair: thin and falls out easily.  This can be very frustrating for anyone because we try to take care of our hair. But don't worry because I'll let you know what you need to do. First be sure to only purchase shampoos that advertise volume and body.  Try this home treatment at least once a week: mash up a tomato and add it to your scalp seeds and all. Wrap your head in a plastic bag so it can sweat and leave it on for 30 mins before washing it out.  If you do this once a week, you'll slowly notice the improvement in your hair. Everyday you'll notice it's stronger and more full of life.

Your hair falling out can be for many reasons. It can be genetic as we all know or also a lack of vitamins. Pregnancy can play a part in this as well as an unbalanced diet.  There's many reasons that can cause your hair to fall out.  I'll give you a home remedy that's very effective. There's many shampoos that contain aloe-vera but it's more effective if you use it straight from the plant itself.  In your blender, add one aloe-vera leaf with one spoonful of honey.  Mix it up well and massage all over your hair.  Another thing you can do is add the mixture to your shampoo and that way you'll be using it daily.

  7. For far too many years I used to wash my hair almost every day. As a result, I damaged it a lot, so now I just rinse it with water every day and use shampoo every 3 days. If ever my hair is not in good condition in the morning then I put a hat or a headband to hide it until the evening.
