TIPS FOR OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING

Can you believe we’re already in March? Wow, time is flying by! The best thing about this is that Spring is in full bloom and I couldn’t be more excited. It’s no secret I love to entertain, and this photo makes me feel like entertaining! The cupcakes in pastel colors look delicious. I love how they stand out on the cake stand by my friend Carol of Opulent Treasures. Aren’t they beautiful? I love the hanging crystals. They make it perfect for any occasion! How romantic are these books in a pastel color? It’s a great idea when you want to decorate your table and make it look less empty. Like I always say, flowers are a big part of décor. Flowers give your room an elegant vibe while at the same time feeling relaxed and romantic. With flowers, you can never go wrong.

Like I mentioned before, this picture makes me want to do something fun for friends and family at my home. I’m thinking of doing something for Easter and of course the cupcakes will be present without a doubt. You don’t need to have gourmet food, just keep it simple and let the décor speak for itself like this table here. 

Set tables in different areas. One for drinks, desserts on another, etc. This will encourage your guests to roam.

Add pillows to chairs so your guests feel comfortable and enjoy the moment. Don’t have patio furniture? No worries. If the weather permits, you can simply move your table and chairs outdoors. You can also do the same with your china and utensils so your party is a hit! Your guest will appreciate the extra effort put into it. With good friends, your party is complete.

Don’t forget the lights! String lights are a great option. If you have an umbrella in your patio, hang them from there. If you don’t have electrical outlets outside, solar lanterns are available.
